The President, Jim Gordon, has had much experience in many phases of the building industry. He started with a B.S. Degree in Building Construction from Michigan State University in 1971. After spending two years in the army, he worked for the next several years in management positions at several banks dealing with construction build outs and construction lending for single family homes and condominium projects. Nine years ago, when he was offered a position as Division Manager for a top-one-hundred home construction company, he accepted, and worked there for six years expanding his knowledge and experience in the field. By the year 2001, with a desire of building homes on his own, Jim formed Comfort Home Builders, Inc.
